Admission Requirements Process Instructor Program:

To be accepted for enrollment, please compile all the necessary documents in this guide and complete all forms correctly in this Admissions Packett

( these are to be submitted to the Admissions Office.)

‍Below are the steps in submitting your application for admission to Jacqui's Global Cosmetology & Barber Academy Instructor Program

STEP 01

Complete and submit an Application for admission
Complete and sign the New Student Checklist & Pre-Enrollment/Orientations form
Complete and sign a Financing Application form (if necessary)
Satisfactory proof :
(A)Valid active cosmetologist barber, manicurist's, aesthetician's, or natural hair stylist's license issued by the Tennessee Cosmetology and Barber Examiners board;
(B) Completes and passes the board-approved course in the instructor program of at least three hundred (300) hours within six (6) months as an instructor trainee or has served as a junior instructor for a minimum of one (1) year;
(C) Has been licensed as a cosmetologist, barber, aesthetician, manicurist, or natural hair stylist under this chapter for at least three (3) continuous years; and
(D) Seeks to instruct only in the area in which the applicant is currently licensed.
Submit identification and/or proof of age documents (Driver’s License, Passport, Student ID, Birth Certificate, etc.)
Submit Social Security Card
Submit High School Diploma, GED

STEP 02

Meet with an Admissions Representative
Review the School Catalog

STEP 03

Review and sign the Enrollment Agreement
Review and sign Student Loan Documents (if applicable)
Pay the Registration Fee and deposit, if required -this is $125 (non-refundable)
